糖 1小匙
味碄 2小匙
白芝麻油 2小匙
日本鰹魚露 1.5大匙
海鹽 1.小撮
作法
- 小番茄蒂頭劃十字,熱水燙過後剝皮。
- 小蕃茄放入琺瑯盒中,加入所有調味料拌勻,冷藏一晚。
- 可搭配燙熟冰鎮後的素麵享用,可撒一點切碎的紫蘇葉搭配。
