食材
麵糊(約16顆)
蛋 1顆
低筋麵粉 100g,過篩
水 270ml
牛奶 35ml
日式醬油 1小匙
鹽 1小撮
餡料
熟章魚腳 100g
高麗菜 1/8顆,刨細絲
秋葵 4~5根,切片
其他
蒲燒鰻醬汁 適量
美乃滋 適量
海苔青粉 適量
柴魚片 適量
作法
- 將麵糊中所有材料混合均勻後過篩,冷藏備用。
- 將章魚燒烤盤轉中大火加熱,刷上一層油(份量外),倒入約2/3高麵糊,放入餡料。(麵糊溢出孔洞外是正常的喲)
- 燒烤約1分半鐘待麵糊稍稍凝固,用章魚燒籤劃開內緣,溢出孔洞外的麵糊也起塞入翻面,再次燒烤等兩面都均勻上色後即可取出。
- 刷上蒲燒鰻醬汁、擠上美乃滋、撒上海苔青粉與柴魚片即可享用。
